Julie Kennedy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Gentle Sleep Coach® based in Bellevue, Washington. She is a mom to three boys: a singleton and identical twins. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. Julie is one of the first 50 graduates of the 2011 Gentle Sleep Coaching Program, trained by Kim West, LCSW-C, also known as “The Sleep Lady®”.

Julie has over ten years of experience as a successful Sleep Coach, helping families improve their lives through better sleep. Julie helps families navigate their children's sleep challenges using gentle, evidence-based methods. Her approach focuses on creating customized sleep plans that respect each family's unique needs and values, promoting healthy sleep habits for both children and parents. She offers individualized sleep plans and consultations for children aged 5 months through 6 years, addressing a variety of sleep challenges and providing support for developmental changes, illnesses, and travel. Julie will also support parents with children ages 0-5 months who are looking for gentle sleep solutions

Serj has managed sales teams for Cord Blood Registry® (CBR®) for the past 8 years. He has taken part in many educational and clinical consultant groups on expanding and supporting the newborn stem cell preservation industry.
