You get to meet over 70 exciting exhibitors specializing in fertility, pregnancy, and baby. Talk to all the experts about birthing plans, parenting techniques, registry must haves and personal health.

Different exhibitors include hospitals, birthing centers, pediatricians, daycares, photographers, bakeries, retail and boutiques, mommy and baby products and many more!

General Admission Tickets: $16 Before the Show. $22 At the Door (Day of show). Children 4-12 are $5. Children under 4 are FREE.

VIP Tickets: $60 VIP ticket holders are guaranteed a signature swag bag and are entered in twice for prize giveaways (Supplies limited).

Our space has doubled in size, this allows us to provide exhibitors with more space and attendees larger aisles and room to safely practice social distancing while still visiting with your favorite brands.

Our show will operate at reduced capacity. Please be sure to get your tickets early, we will be limiting the number of tickets sold to allow for a safe number of attendees.

We will require all staff, exhibitors and attendees to wear face coverings throughout the event. We ask that as attendees you follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC.

Monitoring bathrooms, cleaning frequently and providing adequate hand sanitizing stations.

We will continue to be sending updates and reminders as we get closer to the event. Please be sure to check your emails.

The Virtual Prego Expo is a three-day online event that will feature incredible brands, educators and of course numerous giveaways. Just like the in-person expos virtual attendees will have the chance to connect with the Prego community!

General Admissions Ticket: $5. Access to a private virtual expo site where Prego Expo will be hosted, and one raffle ticket into the grand prizes.

Premium Admission Tickets: $16. Access to a private virtual expo site where Prego Expo will be hosted.

VIP Ticket: $60. Access to a private virtual expo site where Prego Expo will be hosted, Swag bag mailed to your door and 5 raffle tickets into the grand prizes. Swag bags all vary in product but typically contain bottles, bibs, teethers, lotions and more (Limited Supply).

Virtual Prego Expo is hosted through Hopin. Hopin is a virtual venue with multiple interactive areas that are optimized for connecting and engaging with your favorite brands. Attendees can explore new maternity and baby products while connecting with top experts by attending main stage seminars and visiting exhibitor booths just like an in-person event. Direct link to the virtual event will be emailed to you 2 days prior to the event. You only need one ticket to access all three days of the Virtual Prego Expo.

All ticket holders will be automatically entered into the grand prizes. Winners will have their prize shipped directly to their house.

10×20 booths comes with two tables, four chairs and lines.

Both size booths can bring any signage, table clothes or anything to make your booth personalized to your brand.

VIP SWAG BAGS INCLUSION – COMPLIMENTARY. Product placement is complimentary as long as full-size product is provided. 220 per show.

GIVEAWAY DONATION – COMPLIMENTARY. In exchange for sending product, we will provide social media exposure. Giveaways must be $100+ value.

FLYER IN VIP SWAG BAGS – $300 Include a flyer/promotional material in all VIP swag bags. 220 bags per show.

Swag bags will be given to all VIP pass holders. The Prego Swag Bags are filled with products, discounts, and samples for our attendees to try and see which products they resonate with. This is a great way to get your product in the hands of first-time moms.

One post on your Instagram account promoting the expo at least 15 days before the event, tagging us. We’ll provide you with the graphic to post. One post on your stories at least 15 days before the expo with a swipe up to our website to purchase tickets. During the event post at least 5 stories on your Instagram, tagging us.

Free VIP ticket, includes a SWAG bag valued over $200. Entered in twice for grand prize giveaways. Exposure to our followers, we reshare everything you post on our platforms. The opportunity to connect with large global brands.
